These Terms are an agreement between you and Logifx, the corporation that operates getlogifx.com and the Logifx service. By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them.
You give accurate information, you keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older.
Prices are shown before you pay. Logifx authorizes the payment method you provide at checkout and charges the flat fee once, when your deliverables are ready. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You can cancel before delivery, and the authorization is released.
You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, resell access without permission, or use the service to break the law.
The software, the interfaces, the written materials and the site belong to Logifx or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content and data you supply.
Program description: Logifx sends recurring automated account notification text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logifx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Logifx may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new date.
