Parcel: Brief before the round

Parcel used the full Brief: market memo, linked model, and a ranked investor map with warm paths.
Parcel is logistics software preparing a first round. The founders needed numbers for diligence and a ranked list with paths in, not a scraped firm directory.
As Parcel prepared to raise, several gaps showed up at once:
Although the team had slides and a spreadsheet, those materials did not answer diligence. The founder did not need another pitch rewrite. They needed a market memo, a working model, and a ranked investor map.
Logifx began with a brief focused on what Parcel sells and to whom. This included:
Rather than filling a template, the approach centered on numbers an investor can challenge. The goal was deliverables the founder owns, not a deck for the shelf.
After delivery, Parcel had one Brief ready before the round:
The founder reported clearer answers in diligence, fewer stalled investor threads, and a workbook they could edit. Importantly, this arrived as a flat fee paid on delivery, without a retainer.
Following delivery, Parcel uses the memo, model, and map through outreach. Logifx does not introduce investors or take a share of the raise. The documents stay with the founder.
One brief in. A sourced market memo, a linked financial model, and a ranked investor map out. One flat fee, paid on delivery.
