ClinicOS used a Logifx Brief to size the market and walk into diligence with sourced numbers.

ClinicOS is a founder-led company preparing a first round. The product had early customers, but the deck still carried an unsourced TAM and a template model. Leadership knew investors would ask for numbers they could take apart.

Challenge

As ClinicOS prepared to raise, several gaps showed up at once:

  • Top-down TAM slides had no path back to sources
  • Market claims had no publisher, date, or method
  • Segment counts were guessed from competitor decks
  • Diligence questions stalled the first investor meetings
    ‍

Although the team had slides and a spreadsheet, those materials did not answer diligence. The founder did not need another pitch rewrite. They needed a sourced market memo an investor could check line by line.

Approach

Logifx began with a brief focused on what ClinicOS sells and to whom. This included:

  • Mapping buyers across independent clinics, group practices, and surgery centers
  • Building bottom-up segments with sourced counts
  • Cross-checking TAM against published market data
  • Writing a memo an investor can challenge line by line
    ‍

Rather than filling a template, the approach centered on numbers an investor can challenge. The goal was deliverables the founder owns, not a deck for the shelf.

Solution

After delivery, ClinicOS walked into diligence with numbers that held up:

  • Bottom-up segments with sourced counts
  • Publisher, date, and link on every claim
  • A market memo ready before the raise
  • Fewer stalled investor threads in first meetings
    ‍

The founder reported clearer answers in diligence, fewer stalled investor threads, and a workbook they could edit. Importantly, this arrived as a flat fee paid on delivery, without a retainer.

What's next

Following delivery, ClinicOS uses the memo through outreach and diligence. Logifx does not introduce investors or take a share of the raise. The documents stay with the founder.
